In consideration of the current global situation, we offer you, GeoVirtual 2020, CGS’s first-ever virtual conference! Join us as we come together in a virtual platform to share knowledge and stay connected. All conference registrations include:
- Admission to all live keynote presentations and technical sessions
- Admission to all networking and social breaks
- Digital conference proceedings
- Access to on-demand session recordings post-conference
All registered delegates will receive a personalized access code to the GeoVirtual 2020 platform approximately one week prior to the start of the conference. Your personal access code will only authorize one device and one browser to enter GeoVirtual 2020. Do not share your access code or attempt to enter it on multiple devices and browsers or it will authorize the most recent device that it was entered on and you will be disconnected on your other device(s).

*Student Delegates: In order to receive the student registration rate, you need to provide us with proof of your full-time student status. You can upload a copy of your student card (both sides showing photo, name and card expiry date) to the GeoVirtual 2020 registration site while registering for the Conference.

Credit Card Payments Online
Registration paid with credit card is a preferred method and results in an instant confirmation of a delegate attendance. Accepted credit cards are MasterCard and Visa. All transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as a payment to Venue West Conference Services.
Bank Transfer
Bank Transfer details will be sent upon registration.
Cheque
Your registration is incomplete until your cheque is received. Please indicate the name of the delegate on (or with) your cheque that you registered online. Please address the cheque to Venue West Conference Services and mail it to the address below:

Acknowledgements
Your registration and payment will be acknowledged via email with a confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form.
Cancellation Policy
Refunds (less a $25 CAD handling charge) will be provided for cancellations received in writing by August 31, 2020. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations after this date, but a substitute delegate may attend instead.
