Mindfulness Meditation 1
Presented by Thurber Engineering., TREK Geotechnical and Wood.

Is meditation new for you?

Don’t worry; this is an introduction to meditation where we start from square one and will build into the second and third mindfulness videos. There are so many benefits to having a meditation practice, with top benefits being clarity of mind, stress and anxiety control, as well as increasing grey matter in the brain for higher functionality.

In this first practice, I will be guiding you through an “inventory check” to get used to mindfulness practice. This technique can be used not just in the confines of the conference but applicable to the everyday happenings of your life.
